Your practice is your responsibility. Please:

• Modify or stop poses as needed to avoid overexertion or injury.
• Listen to your body and respect its limits.

Anna V Yoga and its instructors are not liable for injuries caused by overexertion, improper movement, or failure to follow instructions.

Inform your instructor of any health conditions that may affect your participation. Do not attend class if you have the following conditions unless cleared by a medical professional:

• Bone/joint issues: osteoporosis, herniated discs, fractures, severe arthritis, spinal injuries.
• Cardiovascular issues: high or low blood pressure, stroke, heart disease.
• Infections/diseases: conjunctivitis, ear infections, glaucoma, vertigo.
• Other conditions: recent surgeries, pregnancy, retinal detachment, obesity, use of blood-clotting medication, shoulder or wrist injuries, fibromyalgia.

Participating without medical clearance for these conditions may put you at significant risk.

By participating in Anna V Yoga classes, you agree to:

• Release and hold harmless Anna V Yoga and its instructors from any claims, injuries, or damages, including those resulting in serious injury or death.
• Acknowledge that this release applies to all current and future classes.

In a medical emergency, you consent to receive necessary care and agree to bear any associated costs.

• All classes require advance booking.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class may incur a cancellation fee.

Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate actions may result in removal from the class or denial of service.
